Why isn't it free like some other commenting systems?
Free commenting systems generates revenue by tracking your users, showing ads on your website, and
selling your data to third-parties. We do not do any of that. We are completely focused on making
wonderful communities on websites while protecting the privacy of users.
Can I have a trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-days trial with all features and no pageviews limit. After the trial, you can choose
to upgrade to a paid plan. Please contact us if you want to extend your trial.
What is a pageview and monthly pageviews limit?
One comments section load is counted as one pageview. Monthly pageviews limit is the maximum number of
pageviews all of your websites can get collectively per month. Your monthly pageviews count resets on
1st of each month.
What if I exceed the monthly pageviews limit?
Everything will work just fine. We do not lock accounts for occasional traffic spikes. If you exceed the
limit for two consecutive months, you are required to upgrade in the third month to continue using Hyvor
Talk. We will send emails to notify you.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who technically works as a
reseller of the product.
